Classification of dredge Pipe

Dredge pipe

Sludge pipe mainly refers to the welded steel pipe, welded steel pipe including spiral steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe, the process is basically double-sided submerged arc welding technology.  Submerged arc welding is a welding process in which the arc is burned under the flux layer.  Its inherent advantages of stable welding quality, high welding productivity, no arc light and little smoke make it the main welding method in the production of pressure vessels, pipe segments, box beams and columns and other important steel structures.  The straight seam welded pipe of mud drainage pipe has the advantages of simple production technology, high production efficiency, low cost and rapid development.  The large diameter mud drainage pipe is mostly welded by helical welding.

Dredge hoses

There are mainly large diameter mud suction and drainage hose, steel flange type mud discharge hose, flared type mud discharge hose, movable flange type mud discharge hose and so on, among which the most common is large diameter mud suction and drainage hose.  Large diameter mud suction and discharge hose is suitable for conveying hydraulic fluids such as alcohol, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, water, emulsion, hydrocarbon, etc., in order to realize high-pressure fluid conveying or hydraulic power transmission.

Perforated dredge pipe

As a sedimentation (clarification) drainage facility, perforated drainage pipe has the advantages of simple structure, less investment and less water consumption.  Reasonable evenly spaced holes make holes not easy to clog, and increase the effect of mud drainage.  By establishing the differential equation of the mud water flow in the perforated mud drainage pipe and using the basic hydraulics equation, the pressure line formula in the perforated mud drainage pipe is derived, and the relationship between the opening ratio and the mud uniformity is analyzed and established, which can provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable distribution of holes with equal spacing.
